Fair enough, I just dislike Steam as a DRM. I have bought software licensed to platforms that have gone bankrupt before. While it seems unlikely that steam dies anytime soon it is the idea of not owning your purchase that doesn't sit right with me. So i try to buy games on DRM free platforms as much as possible.
My game is drm-free. You can go to the steam folder (the steamapps folder where all the downloaded games are stored) after the purchase and just save and copy the game wherever you want.
I've been noticing small typos scattered through the dialogue. I imagine with so much text, it's difficult to proofread it all.
When I have a working PC I can access more freely, I'd be willing to proofread in my spare time, if you want the assistance. They're not constant, and aren't a major issue, especially for a work in progress, so if you already have some people working on correcting them as you work on other updates, then they shouldn't take long to be corrected for future updates, I assume.
In any case, the game is rather enjoyable, thank you for continuing to develop it and interacting with its community.
Hello. I'm doing this game alone, and I've got a lot of work to do now, so there's just no time for some things like multiple save files or gallery. But in the future I plan to add them if it doesn't cause bugs.
If there are any fixes to the text, I don't mind getting them. I'm working on the game alone, and I'm not a native speaker. Is English your first language?
When I have more free access to a PC, I will attempt to go through all the dialogue options to see all the text, and take notes of where typographical errors (typos) occur, and what I assume was intended based on the context.
I had to start over from the very beginning. My roomie played the game, and with only one save file, they had progressed the story and I had no *ing idea what was going on. Can you allow multiple save files, please?
On my new playthrough, it also seems to have skipped several interactions, like an interaction with the cat that you're forced to fail… Not sure if that's intentional or not…
So… I have to find an item… But the only interactable element is the daughter… I tried her mother, her father, the biscut jar, their cat… I tried going into the area I came from and there wasn't even a real exit there, which was a little odd. Trying to go south to look for something just tells me I need to talk to the daughter… I tried the book on the table, the bed, bookshelves, etcetera. Nothing has any interactivity… I'm going to need more of a hint than "something is missing here" to make any progress.

So is this game finished?
Will you do a full release on itch? I prefer to avoid steam when i can.
For now I don't have plans for this
Any particular reason why, itch takes a smaller cut than steam right?
You're right about smaller cut, but there are some major factors like visibility, conversion, etc.

If I understood you correctly, you should go to the closet in Diana's room and get a book there.
Sorry for the late reply.
Really…?
I thought I checked the closet but nothing happened, no dialogue or anything…
Once I've had a chance to access the PC I installed on again, I'll try it and let you know.
Yes, it appears the item in question was in the bookshelf cabinet, though I was certain I had looked all over the room.
Thank you
Any plans to add a gallery, so you can review the scenest from past chapters?
Yes, I'm thinking about adding it in the future updates, it's just not at the top of the priorities for now (plus time is a factor).
Let us know when the next update will have a gallery. I'll hold out till then on this nice game.
Can't wait for ch2
